Wild Girls

SO! Fall Con is coming up (more info on that later) and Evan Palmer and I are collaborating on new comic to be released there! It's about a group of small wild girls fighting a giant! It'll be awesome, trust me. We both brainstormed and thought up the idea then I actually wrote it up with some rough layout ideas and he's going to draw it! We're on a time crunch and Evan has to design 15-20 characters so I drew up these guys and named them last night. Now he can base them off these little dudes and the process will go much faster!

Also, I love all their names. That was the best part!

Not sure if I should put this up on my Etsy or not. I think I'll just wait and sell it at the art sale.

Bubbles the bubble!

For some reason I think naming a bubble Bubbles is a really cute idea.

Probably for the same reason I think AppleBear Mc Wiggles is a good name for a dog.

Here is my fox! It's up on the 10,000 Foxes Project (number 113!). Check out the website, it's a pretty fun idea!

Illustration Friday

The word is strong. I'm not exactly sure how this illustration fits, it's sort of more like fear (the opposite!). But I thought about getting over your fear/facing it even if you're not the bravest, and thats what I imagine this girl is doing.

Also! Three posts in one day!

My favorite types of clothes are BIG loose sweaters. It's like wearing a hug! Here's a silly sketch of how I feel in such sweater (specifically, my newest largest mustard color sweater).

So I'm on a pretty good pattern of updating once-a-day! Just goes to show that I really need a real job. Or freelance work.

A bunch of watercolored strawberries! I was thinking about the ones my dad grows in his garden and how they're all shaped differently (and colored that way).

Also for sale at my ETSY!

I only recently learned the difference between a succubus and an incubus. Thanks Hannah!
